The 80,000-square-meter Cultural Center building is complementary and comprehensive. It was Designed by the internationally renowned Norwegian company, Snohita, in a unique and innovative way that links the mission of the Center with its exterior shape, taking the creativity of the architectural design to new heights.
The temporal factor is also present in the interior design of the building sections. The basement floors are reserved for the past, while the surface level is reserved for the present, but the knowledge tower above all paves the way for the future.
On the environmental front, the Cultural Center was built on the standards known as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) to survive for many years to come.
